Job summary

S&P Global is seeking an AI+ Lead for the Enterprise Finance and Strategy team in London. You will partner with Corporate Finance and CFOs to implement scalable, ethical AI solutions across the Finance function, driving efficiency, governance, and strategic impact.

The role focuses on leading AI/ML, NLP, and GenAI initiatives, coordinating with Finance Leadership Team and external partners to execute a long-term AI+ strategy that enhances performance and ROI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance, digital transformation, or related fields, with substantial AI/automation experience.
• Proven experience leading AI/ML, NLP, and Gen AI projects in a global, complex organization.
• Strong project and program management experience with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive AI+ strategy for the Finance team, aligned with SPGI's overall business objectives.
• Guide the implementation of AI technologies (automation, robotics, AI/ML, GenAI) into existing workflows and systems.
• Lead the design and deployment of AI+ projects within the Finance team and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Establish KPIs and report ROI to senior leadership, and monitor progress to ensure successful delivery.
