Job summary

BLP Digital, a leader in ERP automation, offers a full-time role with onboarding at our Zurich HQ. After onboarding, the position may be remote from Germany or Austria or onsite in Zurich, with monthly visits encouraged and supported.

You will lead end-to-end implementations of Native-AI-powered ERP automation products, helping customers reimagine processes and maximize automation. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in consulting or technical implementation, strong project management, and fluency

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
2+ years of consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical and communication skills, translating business needs into technical action.
Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication, comfortable with native-speaking clients.
Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS is a plus.
Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Own the implementation journey end-to-end — from understanding client requirements to ensuring smooth delivery, high customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Translate complexity into clarity — design scalable, tailored solutions that align with customer workflows and business goals.
Collaborate closely with our engineering team to tackle technical challenges, adapt the system to customers’ unique processes, and ensure successful integration with existing systems.
Be the client’s trusted partner — anticipate needs, surface insights, and ensure they realise the full potential of blp’s automation.
Work with sales to design tailored implementation plans aligned with customer needs and drive deep product adoption.
Feed the product loop — translate feedback into long-term improvements to continuously evolve our platform.
