Job summary

BLP Digital is seeking a seasoned implementation professional to lead end-to-end ERP automation projects for large enterprises. You will translate client needs into scalable, AI-powered solutions, collaborating closely with engineering and sales to maximize adoption and business impact.

The role requires 2+ years in consulting or technical implementation, fluent German and English, and a strong ownership mindset to drive outcomes across global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in German and English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end implementation journey from requirements to delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Design scalable, tailored ERP automation solutions aligned with customer workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering to address technical challenges and integrations.
• Be the trusted partner to drive adoption and realize business value for customers.
• Work with sales to shape implementation plans and drive product uptake.
