Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of project management experience in entertainment or tech.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stream work across teams.
• Experience with AI-driven workflows and cloud PM systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project work streams across content producers, developers, and cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment on deliverables and timelines.
• Collaborate with platform and developer teams to drive feature enhancements and site improvements.
• Maintain and ensure all project documentation is current and accessible for vertical leads.
• Monitor active project sites to verify performance and data accuracy, flag issues to stakeholders.
• Utilize AI-based tools to develop features for project management portals and milestone tracking.
• Drive development workflows using AI-powered tools to accelerate timelines and reduce manual work.
• Build and maintain automation workflows connecting sites to content management systems for real-time tracking.
• Prototype and integrate AI capabilities into daily operations to boost efficiency.
• Assist in onboarding teams to new product requirements and site workflows.
