Job summary

A recognized entertainment organization in New York City is seeking an AI Project Manager to lead cross-functional AI initiatives, support workforce enablement, and coordinate relationships among business stakeholders, vendors, and consulting partners.

About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate AI-related initiatives across business units, technology teams, external vendors, and consulting partners
• Support workforce enablement by helping teams understand available AI tools, platform capabilities, policies, and training opportunities
• Manage vendor and consultant relationships tied to AI projects, workshops, training sessions, and business unit engagements
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and systems integration partners for larger AI-focused initiatives
• Gather business input, organize requirements, track project timelines and dependencies, and prepare clear documentation and status updates

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Project Management experience supporting enterprise technology, AI, digital transformation, product adoption, or vendor-led initiatives
• Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
• Experience working with large external professional services organizations, systems integrators, consulting partners, or similar third-party vendors
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, project timelines, cross-functional deliverables, and stakeholder expectations
• Experience engaging directly with business units, technology teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to create detailed documentation and communication materials
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

Desired Skills:

• Experience with large consulting, advisory, professional services, or systems integration firms supporting enterprise transformation or technology initiatives
• Exposure to AI tools, generative AI platforms, enterprise AI adoption, or AI-enabled workflow initiatives
• Familiarity with Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Asana, or Atlassian
• Experience supporting training, workshops, hackathons, or enablement programs involving business and technology stakeholders
• Experience with Google Workspace tools, including Google Docs and Google Slides
