Job summary

Intuit is seeking an Engineering Manager for the QuickBooks Intelligence team within QuickBooks Online. You will lead AI-native platform initiatives and collaborate across pods and partners to align roadmaps, resolve dependencies, and ship customer-driven solutions that reduce the burden of indirect tax compliance.

You will scale multi-pod teams, champion engineering best practices, and drive GenAI adoption to accelerate delivery and build intelligent features directly into the tax platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing software engineering teams delivering customer-facing or compliance-critical software.
• 8-12+ years hands-on software development, with backend systems experience; tax/fintech domain a plus.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and develop a scalable multi-pod engineering team.
• Drive AI-Native engineering and GenAI adoption to accelerate delivery.
• Align roadmaps and partners across PM, BAs, and Development Managers.
• Inspire collaboration and foster high execution standards.
