FireMon is seeking an AI-first Digital Marketing Manager to drive cross-functional execution across paid social, paid and organic search, and website updates within a fast-moving cybersecurity marketing team.

You’ll leverage AI tools daily and contribute to content, events, and product marketing efforts while learning across channels. This is ideal for an early-career marketer eager to build well-rounded digital skills in B2B SaaS and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, tech, or cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gong AI, Canva, or similar.
• Hands-on experience across two or more digital channels (e.g., social, paid search, SEO, website).
• Some experience with paid platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or similar).
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Familiarity with website CRM and analytics tools.
• Self-starter mindset with genuine curiosity and eagerness to pick up new channels and tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Use Claude daily to speed up copywriting, campaign assets, and design production across channels.
• Track and improve AI-driven search visibility using Profound (AEO/GEO).
• Pull insights from Gong AI to sharpen messaging and inform content and campaigns.
• Support website builds and updates in Sanity and Vercel.
• Plan, create, and publish paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit; monitor spend and performance.
• Support paid search campaigns (Google Ads & Bing) and on-page SEO content optimization.
• Contribute to SEO and content optimization to improve organic rankings; surface opportunities with Profound.
• Maintain, update, QA website pages and landing pages in Sanity and Vercel; ensure on-brand, conversion-focused pages.
• Manage UTMs, tags, and tracking links; assist with monthly/quarterly performance reporting; collaborate across Growth, Product Marketing, Events, and Content.
• Collaborate with design on asset requests and maintain marketing assets, messaging, and templates.
