Job summary

NowSecure is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to own and optimize our digital engine across paid media, social, organic search, website performance, and conversion. You will analyze funnel performance, identify opportunities, and work with cross-functional teams to accelerate demand and revenue.

You’ll lead campaigns, partner with agencies, and push AI-driven optimization to stay ahead in a fast-paced cybersecurity/tech market.

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
Strong hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns.
Ability to manage meaningful paid media budgets and improve performance over time.
Experience partnering with agencies while maintaining internal ownership of strategy.
Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and site optimization.

Responsibilities

Own digital marketing performance across paid, organic, website, and conversion channels.
Use data, AI-powered analysis, and experimentation to guide investment and optimization.
Monitor the funnel, identify opportunities, and drive action to improve results.
Lead paid media campaigns, testing audiences, creative, and messaging.
Own the website as a performance channel and optimize pages for conversion.
Drive content experiences and optimize onboarding journeys with AI and analytics.
Grow NowSecure's LinkedIn presence and social content for buyers.
