Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate.
• Guide new customers through onboarding and implementation, providing training and adoption support.
• Monitor customer health metrics and identify expansion opportunities; collaborate with sales for renewals and upsell.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and provide strategic guidance leveraging AI-driven insights.
