Torch Dental is seeking an RCM Customer Success Manager in New York to own the end-to-end onboarding of dental practices onto our AI-powered revenue cycle platform. You will manage kickoff calls, guide go-live, and drive ongoing retention and expansion across solo practices, multi-location groups, and DSOs.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in customer success or related roles, strong communication skills, and comfort with tech integrations.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years in customer success, account management, or implementation.
• Ambiguity-tolerant and able to operate in a startup-like environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with dental office staff.
• Tech-savvy with ability to integrate multiple solutions and learn new tools.
• Familiarity with dental practice management systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own onboarding for new RCM customers from kickoff to go-live.
• Be the primary contact for a growing book of RCM accounts through go-live and renewal.
• Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering on integrations and workflow gaps.
• Help define onboarding scripts, health-score criteria, and escalation processes.
• Coordinate handoffs between Sales, Product, and Billing Ops during transition to live usage.
• Handle HIPAA-sensitive onboarding tasks (BAAs, PMS credentials) in a compliant manner.
