Torch Dental is building its second product in AI-enabled revenue cycle management for dental practices. We seek a dedicated Customer Success Manager to own the customer relationship from kickoff to renewal, coordinating with sales, product, and billing-ops to ensure smooth go-lives and ongoing retention.

You'll engage solo practices, multi-location groups, and emerging DSOs, handling onboarding, escalations, and feedback to help scale the function while maintaining HIPAA-compliant processes.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years in a customer success, account management, or implementation role.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity in a first-of-its-kind role at a startup.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain claims and billing concepts.
• Strong tech competency with basic integrations and onboarding.
• Process-builder mindset; able to create onboarding scripts and escalation paths.
• Familiarity with dental PMS (Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft) is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own onboarding for new RCM customers: kickoff calls, go-live, and continued engagement.
• Be the primary contact for a growing book of RCM accounts through go-live and renewal.
• Advocate customer needs internally: provide feedback to Product/Engineering and Sales.
• Help build the onboarding playbook, health-score criteria, and escalation processes.
• Collaborate with RCM sales, product, and billing-ops during handoffs from sales to live.
• Handle HIPAA-sensitive onboarding tasks—BAAs, PMS credentials, payer portal access.
