Jones is a vertical AI company that helps construction and commercial real estate businesses manage insurance compliance. We combine technology and human expertise to help teams collect insurance documents, review requirements, resolve gaps, and make more informed decisions. Across more than 2.5 billion square feet of real estate and construction projects, Jones is modernizing outdated risk and compliance workflows, and we have ambitious growth plans that depend on a strong, predictable pipeline.
We're looking for a hands‑on demand generation expert to build and run integrated go‑to‑market campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and revenue. Reporting to the CMO, you'll work closely with Sales and Customer Success to win new customers and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts. You'll connect audience insights, compelling campaigns, digital acquisition, and strong revenue operations, and use AI agents and workflows to make that work more effective. This role requires someone who can develop a campaign strategy, build it in HubSpot, launch it across channels, and measure its contribution to pipeline. You must also have practical experience creating and deploying AI‑powered marketing agents and workflows.
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across paid media, email, content, webinars, events, and coordinated sales outreach. Build ABM programs with Sales, from account selection and buying‑group research through personalized engagement, follow‑up, and opportunity creation. Develop campaigns around specific audiences, buying triggers, and customer needs. Own campaign briefs, budgets, timelines, execution, and optimization.
Manage and improve digital acquisition across channels such as Google Ads and LinkedIn. Optimize landing pages, offers, forms, and nurture journeys to convert interest into qualified conversations. Run structured experiments across audiences, messaging, creative, and conversion paths. Allocate spend based on pipeline contribution, conversion quality, and acquisition efficiency.
Build and manage HubSpot campaigns, segmentation, workflows, lead scoring, routing, nurture programs, and reporting. Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to define lifecycle stages, qualification criteria, handoffs, and follow‑up expectations. Maintain reliable campaign tracking and data quality, with visibility from initial engagement through opportunity and revenue. Identify funnel bottlenecks and turn findings into practical improvements.
Build, deploy, and improve AI agents and automated workflows for account research, campaign preparation, personalization, enrichment, and performance analysis. Connect AI workflows to HubSpot and other marketing and sales systems. Establish clear data inputs, human review points, quality checks, and monitoring. Demonstrate where AI improves execution speed, quality, or commercial outcomes.
Work with Sales to generate qualified new‑logo pipeline and help priority accounts progress. Partner with Customer Success and account owners on campaigns that introduce relevant products and services to existing customers. Use customer insights, engagement signals, and account context to identify expansion opportunities and coordinate outreach.
Please be ready to walk us through an integrated campaign you owned, an ABM program you executed, and an AI agent or workflow you built. We're interested in your specific contribution, the decisions you made, the results, and what you learned.
