Jones seeks a hands-on demand generation expert to build and run integrated GTM campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and revenue.

Reporting to the CMO, you will collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to win new customers and identify expansion opportunities, leveraging AI-powered marketing agents and workflows.

This NYC-based role offers hybrid in-office three days a week with remote flexibility.

Formación

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline.
• Experience owning integrated GTM campaigns end-to-end.
• Hands-on with AI marketing agents and workflows.
• Strong HubSpot expertise for campaigns, automation, and reporting.
• ABM experience with sales alignment.
• Solid digital acquisition skills (LinkedIn, Google Ads).
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decisions.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns and take ownership.
• Based in NYC area and available to work in office 3 days/wk.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across paid media, email, content, webinars, and events.
• Build ABM programs with Sales, from account research to opportunity creation.
• Develop campaigns around audiences, buying triggers, and customer needs.
• Own campaign briefs, budgets, timelines, and optimization.
• Manage Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns, optimize landing pages and journeys.
• Run experiments across audiences, messaging, and conversion paths.
• Build HubSpot campaigns, segmentation, workflows, and reporting.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue Ops on lifecycle stages and handoffs.
• Identify funnel bottlenecks and implement practical improvements.
• Create AI agents/workflows for research, prep, personalization, and performance analysis.
• Coordinate with Sales/CS to drive new logos and expand existing accounts.
