Job summary

Brex is seeking an experienced AI operator & leader in Salt Lake City for optimizing customer experience with AI. This position involves managing CX strategies and tools, enhancing team productivity, and ensuring quality in customer service delivery.

You will collaborate cross-functionally, manage AI platforms and lead the CX Strategy team to drive performance metrics aligned with company goals. A hybrid work model allows flexibility while requiring on-site presence some days.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in CX strategy, AI operations, or related fields.
• 1+ years managing or developing a team of 4+ iterating AI processes.
• Proven experience owning and improving AI initiatives in support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CX Strategy team to align priorities with company goals.
• Own the CX AI roadmap, driving performance and implementation.
• Collaborate with Engineering to enhance CX AI performance.
