Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product growth or lifecycle design.
• Experience in a product-led SaaS company.
• Proven track record in product adoption and retention metrics.
• Experience building and leading a growth team.
• Strong ability to analyze and prove the impact of work without analysis dependency.
• Hands-on experience with experimentation methods.
• Power-user experience with Pendo.
• Daily use of AI tools for growth and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own the full digital customer journey from onboarding through expansion.
• Use analytics to identify value and drop-off points.
• Design cross-channel experiments to enhance product engagement.
