Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Collaboration Consulting Engineering Technical Leader for a remote role in the United States. You will lead the design and delivery of advanced contact center solutions that boost customer engagement and operational performance.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive innovations in AI-powered omnichannel journeys and system integrations from a remote location in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in contact center consulting or engineering roles.
• Expert-level scripting skills with contact center scripting tools and flow design platforms.
• Proven hands-on experience with both on-premises and cloud contact center platforms.
• Strong proficiency in backend integrations, including SQL databases, REST/SOAP APIs, and JSON/XML data handling.

Responsibilities
