Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. in the United States is seeking a senior Architect for the CX Collaboration & Contact Center team. You will design and deploy advanced contact center workflows, integrate on-premises and cloud platforms, and push AI-powered omnichannel journeys.

You will mentor engineers, partner with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions, and contribute to delivery excellence across Cisco's contact center portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline.
8+ years in Contact Center consulting or engineering.
Expert scripting with Cisco ICM Script Editor, CVP Studio, or Webex Flow Designer.
Hands-on with UCCE, PCCE and Webex/WxCCE platforms.
Strong backend integrations with SQL, REST/SOAP, JSON/XML.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and deployment of advanced contact center workflows and integrations.
Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions across on-prem and cloud platforms.
Architect AI-powered omnichannel journeys and custom integrations.
