Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience at a digital media agency.
• Relevant experience in digital media and how digital innovation drives change.
• Ability to work in a team environment and also independently when needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Strong interest in AI / Automation with the ability to drive implementation and change management.
• A self-motivated individual who is well organized and can manage multiple publisher conversations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of AI-driven workflows and automation tools for the PA team.
• Manage campaign operations, workflow coordination, and regional project delivery.
• Identify flaws in automated outputs and propose creative technical solutions to optimize performance.
• Serve as the center of influence for the PA and ensure client expectations are exceeded.
• Support early campaign briefing and media plan development with required operational inputs.
• Monitor scope creep and maintain operational transparency across tasks.
• Build a campaign timeline with on-time deliverables and communicate delays when needed.
• Collaborate with discipline leads to ensure onboarding and offboarding processes are in place.
• Maintain real-time accuracy in project trackers and One-Docs for campaign changes.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve ways of working and support efficiency tracking.
• Be the lead resource for internal finance on end-to-end campaign processes with support from Planning and Activation.
