Job summary

WPP Media seeks a Manager in Campaign Operations to oversee AI-driven delivery and ensure flawless execution across PA teams. You will balance speed with precision, manage workflow coordination, and identify improvements in automated outputs to boost efficiency.

You will work with cross-disciplinary leads to align onboarding, tracking, and financial processes, delivering consistent client satisfaction and timely campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience at a digital media agency.
• Relevant experience in digital media and how digital innovation drives change.
• Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration; but also capable of working independently when needed.
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong interest in AI / Automation and ability to navigate new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of AI-driven workflows and automation tools.
• Masterfully manage day-to-day campaign operations, workflow coordination, and regional project delivery.
• Identify flaws in automated outputs and propose creative technical solutions to optimize pod performance and efficiency.
• Serve as the center of influence for the PA, understanding the various MFG disciplines and the roles they play to exceed client expectations.
• Support campaign briefing and media plan development by ensuring operational necessities are delivered.
• Monitor all tasks within the Scope Creep tracker to maintain transparency.
• Collaborate with media planning to build campaign timelines and ensure milestones are met.
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding of PA team members and maintain accurate project trackers.
