Job summary

EnerSys, a global leader in stored energy solutions, seeks a Business Systems & AI Developer to maintain and modernize critical applications, automate processes, and drive digital transformation across finance and operations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, leverage AI technologies and automation, design front-end tools, integrate data, and migrate legacy systems to scalable platforms to support growth.

Qualifications

• Experience building and supporting business applications, databases, or enterprise systems.
• Proven track record in automation, modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience applying AI technologies or intelligent automation to business challenges.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, JavaScript, VBA, or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, enhance, and modernize Microsoft Access, SQL, Salesforce, and other business-critical applications to improve scalability and reliability.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications, databases, and automated workflows.
• Build and implement AI-powered solutions to optimize calculations, payments, rebates, data analysis, and other processes.
• Develop intuitive front-end applications, forms, and interfaces to simplify workflows and boost productivity.
• Integrate data from multiple systems to support reporting and decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities and deliver technology solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Lead modernization initiatives by migrating legacy applications and processes to scalable databases and modern reporting platforms.
