C-4 Analytics is seeking an AI Business Systems Engineer in Wakefield, MA. This role focuses on applying AI across Sales, Marketing, Ops, and Finance to drive efficiency and impact.

You will design end-to-end systems, build AI-powered workflows, and partner with senior leaders on strategic automation. The ideal candidate blends business judgment with an engineering mindset and hands-on AI implementation experience to deliver production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Must-Have: Proven track record in building cross-functional systems, strong familiarity with AI models, experience with automation platforms and APIs, and excellent communication.
• Nice-to-Have: Background in operations/consulting, experience with CRMs/data platforms, light scripting (Python/JavaScript).

Responsibilities
