Qualifications

• 5+ years developing, supporting, and enhancing business applications, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Experience implementing automation, modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience leveraging AI technologies, LLMs, or intelligent automation tools to solve business challenges.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, JavaScript, VBA, or similar languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Ability to work independently while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, enhance, and modernize Microsoft Access, SQL, Salesforce, and other business-critical applications.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications, databases, and automated workflows.
• Build AI-powered solutions for calculations, payment processing, rebate administration, data analysis, and other processes.
• Develop front-end applications, forms, and user interfaces to simplify workflows and improve adoption.
• Integrate data from multiple systems for reporting, analytics, and decision-making.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities and deliver technology solutions.
• Lead modernization initiatives by migrating legacy applications to scalable databases, AI-enabled solutions, automated workflows, and modern reporting platforms.
• Support operational and financial processes while contributing to the organization's digital transformation strategy.
