As a Business Systems Analyst, you will work closely with business leaders and engineers to refine needs into scalable solutions while identifying AI opportunities to automate processes and enhance reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience using AI tools to support business process automation, including requirements documentation, workflow improvements, test planning, test automation, data analysis, and reporting.
• Experience eliciting and documenting functional system requirements with stakeholders.
• Experience developing test plans, creating and executing QA or automated test scripts, and validating system functionality through regression and scenario-based testing.
