Job summary

GEICO’s RAD team is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to translate business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions. You’ll collaborate with business leaders and engineering to apply AI-enabled automation across processes, improve reporting, and streamline requirements, testing, and delivery activities.

You’ll gather requirements, write user stories, and drive testing, with a focus on automating workflows and validating solutions. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience using AI tools to support business process automation, including requirements, workflow improvements, test planning and reporting.
• Experience eliciting and documenting functional system requirements with project stakeholders.
• Experience developing test plans, creating/executing QA or automated tests, and validating functionality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and lead cross-functional communication to refine needs into actionable solutions.
• Gather, document, and translate business and system requirements into user stories and workflows.
• Use AI to support requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and automation opportunities across processes.
• Analyze issues, test solutions, and identify opportunities to automate test plans and validation.
• Support troubleshooting and validate fixes to ensure stable deployments.
• Apply data-driven approaches to improve reporting and operational efficiency.
