You will design end-to-end services and architectures, collaborating with Principal Engineers and Scientists to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years designing or architecting large-scale, scalable systems.
• 1+ year as a software engineer or related occupation.
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale distributed software applications using languages like C#, C++, Java or Perl.
• Strong object-oriented design experience.
• Experience programming with at least one programming language

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered advertising solutions.
• Build end-to-end services and platforms from the ground up, contributing to foundational technical decisions.
• Collaborate with Principal Engineers and Scientists to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable architectures.
• Work cross-functionally across engineering, science, and product teams to balance advertiser needs with customer experience.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies — including agentic AI models — to accelerate product development.
• Mentor peers, contribute to engineering best practices, and raise the technical bar as the team scales.
• Deliver iterative, high-impact results in a fast-paced startup environment.
