Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years in design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, launch, and maintain AI-powered advertising solutions that simplify the advertiser experience across strategic verticals.
• Design and build end-to-end services and platforms from the ground up, contributing to foundational technical decisions that shape the product.
• Partner with Principal Engineers and Scientists to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable system architectures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across engineering, science, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions that balance advertiser needs with customer experience.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies — including agentic AI models — to accelerate product development and unlock new advertising capabilities.
• Mentor peers, contribute to engineering best practices, and raise the technical bar as the team scales.
• Deliver iterative, high-impact results in a fast-paced startup environment.
