Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience.
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using C++, Java, C#, or Perl.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, launch, and maintain AI-powered advertising solutions across strategic verticals.
• Build end-to-end services and platforms from the ground up.
• Partner with engineers and scientists to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable architectures.
• Collaborate across engineering, science, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including agentic AI models to accelerate development.
• Mentor peers and raise technical standards as the team scales.
