Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in technical program management, strong risk/compliance background, and familiarity with NIST AI RMF and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent required.
• 10+ years in technical program management within cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or portfolio management.
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream technology programs at enterprise scale.
• Strong background in risk and compliance, enterprise architecture, vulnerability management, or remediation prioritization.
• Working knowledge of NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, and emerging AI regulatory requirements.
• Certifications PMP, SAFe, CISSP, CRISC, CISA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated technical plan for a modernization program across workstreams.
• Coordinate execution across cross-functional squads aligned to asset groups or risk themes.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture on modernization patterns and target-state guidance.
• Report program status and decisions to leadership and the Operating Forum.
• Design an AI risk governance framework aligned to industry standards.
• Facilitate daily standups and Steering Committee reporting.
• Track dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions across portfolio and tooling teams.
