Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Technical Program Leader to own the integrated plan for its AI-enabled Technology Portfolio Security Modernization. You will assess solution options, coordinate execution across workstreams, manage milestones, and drive issue resolution, bridging executive intent and technical delivery.

You will establish enterprise governance, align with NIST AI RMF and ISO 42001, coordinate cross-functional squads, report to leadership, and shape risk-based remediation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 10+ years in technical program management within cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or portfolio management.
• Proven experience managing multi-workstream programs at enterprise scale.
• Strong background in risk, compliance, enterprise architecture, vulnerability management.
• Knowledge of NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001 and AI regulatory trends.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program plan spanning portfolio/data, cyber/risk, architecture, remediation and tooling.
• Assess options, coordinate execution across workstreams, manage milestones and risks.
• Drive issue resolution, escalation, and governance with stakeholders across the organization.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture on modernization patterns and target-state guidance.
• Report program status, blockers, and decisions to leadership and operating forums.
• Facilitate daily standups and Steering Committee reporting; triage vulnerabilities with Product teams.
