Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Sr Manager, AI Platforms Service Management in Boise, Idaho. You will own the end-to-end service lifecycle for enterprise AI platforms, including Copilot and Azure OpenAI, leading a team of platform engineers and adoption specialists.

Focus areas include onboarding, governance, cost management, incident response, and continual improvement across a global workforce. You will drive service strategy, define SLOs, and maintain an adoption program with self-service

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years in enterprise IT, platform operations, service management, or product management.
• 5+ years of people leadership in a global, matrixed environment.
• Experience owning one or more enterprise SaaS or platform services through full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle for AI platform portfolio, from evaluation to retirement.
• Lead onboarding, configuration and operation to defined SLOs (availability, latency, throughput).
• Drive cost management, FinOps, and model/routing optimization for platforms.
• Define and operate service management framework with ITSM tooling integration.
• Maintain a clear service catalog and drive adoption through enablement programs.
• Lead vendor and partner management with Procurement, Finance, Legal; manage SLAs.
