Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Leader of AI Strategic Enablement to helm EnableAI within the Enterprise Infrastructure and Security team in Boise, Idaho.

You will lead agile teams delivering secure, scalable AI solutions across the enterprise, aligning technology with business strategy. Responsibilities include building an enterprise AI architecture, advancing governance, and partnering with executives and external collaborators to accelerate innovation while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• 12 years in software engineering or IT, including 10 years in senior leadership managing AI/ML or digital transformation portfolios.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of modern AI stacks (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, vector databases) and MLOps ecosystems; familiarity with security automation tools (for code scanning, vulnerability management, and data classification).
• Proven ability to lead teams in regulated or security-conscious environments and to implement governance frameworks such as “Governance as Code.”
• Servant-leader mentality with the ability to influence C-suite customers and empower agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile technical delivery teams to unify and scale AI efforts across the enterprise.
• Integrate automated security controls into Micron's AI ecosystem (CI/CD pipelines, data classification, identities).
• Position security as an enabler, ensuring solutions are “secure by design”.
• Convert business challenges into actionable technical strategies with rapid, high-impact solutions.
• Help establish the enterprise AI architecture through strategic roadmap, robust frameworks, and reusable patterns.
• Cultivate and guide an AI engineering team for around-the-clock delivery and innovation.
• Act as the spokesperson for EnableAI, collaborating with internal and external customers and partners.
