Job summary

BIP Capital is seeking a full-time Product Owner focused on AI initiatives to manage backlog, write detailed user stories, and coordinate with engineering and leadership across multiple internal platforms. This role is hybrid, based near Buckhead/Atlanta, GA, with solid collaboration across engineering and business stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.

You will drive feature delivery for AI capabilities, oversee service desk requests, and ensure clear acceptance criteria and quality across

Qualifications

• BS or BA preferred, in computer science, business, or a related field; equivalent work experience is welcomed.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in product management, specifically with software, platform, or web-based products.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience building AI-native products or features, not simply using AI tools for personal productivity.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for AI-native features.
• Own medium-to-large AI features end-to-end, from epics and stories through release.
• Perform acceptance testing and QA on user stories before release.
• Prioritize the product backlog and lead grooming/sprint planning; keep 3–4 sprints ahead.
• Serve as liaison between engineering and stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Manage AI-related requirements across at least three internal platforms.
