Job summary

You will partner with architects, engineers, UX, and payroll SMEs to translate business requirements into scalable product capabilities, measure success, and guide cross-functional teams through AI-enabled development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the Payroll domain.
- 3+ years as an enterprise B2B Product Owner or similar.
- Ability to translate complex requirements to technical specs.
- Experience with APIs, data flows, and cloud-based product development.
- Experience in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled development tools preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to understand responsibilities, issues, priorities, and dependencies.
- Drive technical solutioning and influence architecture for payroll capabilities.
- Lead AI-enabled DLC activities to move ideas to build-ready solutions.
- Document and prioritize product features and user stories for the roadmap.
- Build alliances across developers, architects, UX, and stakeholders to drive innovation.
- Define success metrics and use data to guide priorities and decisions.
- Communicate decisions, defend recommendations, and explain trade-offs to stakeholders.
