Job summary

Finastra in Atlanta is seeking a LaserPro Product Owner to lead a delivery pod focused on AI-enabled integrations. You will translate business needs into user stories and guide the team through sprint ceremonies, ensuring value delivery and alignment with product strategy.

The role requires strong experience in agile product ownership, AI/ML awareness, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complexity in a fast-paced financial software environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of LaserPro product domains.
• Background in product ownership or product management, preferably with AI/ML products.
• Proven experience leading agile delivery teams and managing product backlogs.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML capabilities and how they can be embedded into product offerings.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional product and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery pod to successfully deliver AI-enabled features and capabilities.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog for AI integrations into LaserPro based on business value and strategic objectives.
• Partner with product teams to identify opportunities for embedding AI capabilities that enhance product value.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other agile ceremonies for team alignment.
• Serve as liaison between AI COE and Lending product stakeholders.
• Monitor and communicate delivery progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Define success metrics and KPIs to measure AI capabilities impact on product performance.
