Job summary

Ernst & Young (EY) is seeking a Product Manager to own the vision and strategy for AI-centric platform products. You will define the roadmap, translate it into clear requirements for designers and engineers, and drive customer research and metrics-driven improvements to the user experience.

You will lead day-to-day execution in a deeply technical environment, collaborating with product, engineering and design teams, and making strategic and technical decisions on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Software Eng or related field.
• Typically, 4–6 years in professional platform engineering or similar software dev role.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to align with stakeholders.
• Experience leading teams and delivering products in high-growth environments.
• Proficient in application development tools and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and strategy for client products; define the product roadmap.
• Conduct customer research, monitor feedback and metrics; drive improvements to customer experience.
