Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated PM community across the firm and define shared standards, roadmaps, and PRDs. You will partner with PMO/Scrum and design/engineering teams to ensure high-quality, customer-centric product delivery.

The role emphasizes customer discovery, market research, and strategic decision-making to drive product opportunities across AI-enabled solutions, with a hybrid, client-facing work model in the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management work experience
• Experience in AI solutions or technology-driven products
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and modern tech stacks
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools
• Passion for innovation and AI market trends

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product management playbooks, standards and guidance documents
• Facilitate communities of practice and engagement rituals
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices
• Coordinate with service line PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories
• Build partnerships with design, engineering and architecture enablement leaders
• Create onboarding materials for the PM community
• Define and manage PRDs, business cases, and feature specifications
• Own and prioritize the product backlog and roadmaps
• Define product success metrics and KPIs with customer feedback
