EY seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead AI-enabled product discovery and delivery for clients in the Financial Services Organization. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to define and launch products at scale and ensure responsible use of AI within governance standards.

The role emphasizes user-centric research, backlog management and roadmaps, with opportunities to mentor colleagues and contribute to business development activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, or a related field and 3 years of progressive work experience.
Experience using AI-enabled tools to support product activities with human review of outputs.
Proven delivery skills including managing client deliverables and risks.
Ability to document requirements, define a vision, and articulate alternatives for future state solutions.

Responsibilities

Define and launch products and services for large global organizations.
Synthesize research, identify unmet needs, develop requirements and support product decisions.
Advocate for users and validate AI-generated insights with stakeholders.
