Anthropic is seeking a designer to shape the UX of AI products used by millions. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to craft polished interfaces, define primitives for new capabilities, and ship fast in a startup-like environment.

You have a portfolio showing user-centered design, experience with Figma, and comfort working with AI tools like Claude Code; you’ll contribute to a hybrid in-office policy in the United States.

Formación

• Experience designing and shipping complex workflows for enterprise/B2B SaaS or API products end-to-end.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end on large, complex products in ambiguity.
• A portfolio showing user-centered design thinking and polished UI craftsmanship.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Experience using Claude Code as a creative partner in design practice.
• Excellent collaboration and communication to work cross-functionally.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with product, engineers, researchers to define vision, strategy, and shipping.
• Understand product architecture and define primitives for new capabilities.
• Define feature areas with attention to detail and quality across flows.
• Craft polished user interfaces that showcase AI and build trust.
• Be comfortable with code, design, prototypes, and learning new communication methods.
• Find creative ways to ship high-quality work in a fast-paced startup.
