Job summary

Anthropic seeks a designer to shape UI for AI products used by millions. You will work at the intersection of craft, research, and product, prototyping rapidly and shipping features that feel native to AI while maintaining polish and trust.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define roadmaps, craft interfaces, and iterate in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Figma and Claude Code is valued; a strong portfolio in complex SaaS or API products is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and shipping complex workflows in enterprise/B2B SaaS or API products.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end on large products in ambiguous environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and polished UI craftsmanship.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma.
• Experience using Claude Code as a creative partner in design practice.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, AI researchers and stakeholders to define product vision, strategy and roadmaps and ship features.
• Understand the product architecture and define primitives for new capabilities.
• Define feature areas with attention to detail and polish across broader flows.
• Craft polished user interfaces that build trust and showcase AI capabilities.
• Work across code, design, prototypes and learning new ways to communicate ideas.
• Find creative ways to ship high-quality work in a fast-paced startup.
