Responsibilities

• Lead platform governance, policies, and user guidance with stakeholders.
• Manage platform configuration, access, storage, and model availability.
• Coordinate integrations, API access, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee testing, releases, and service improvements for AI capabilities.
• Provide user support, training, and publish operational docs.
• Develop dashboards and reports on usage, costs, and performance.
