Job summary

SCAN seeks an AI Feature Lead to drive the development of the enterprise AI platform. You will own requirements, validation strategy, and delivery of AI features, collaborating with engineering, product, business, and compliance to deliver scalable solutions that meet evolving needs.

You will translate organizational patterns into AI proposals, define KPIs, and ensure quality through rigorous testing, documentation, and knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrates deep technical proficiency in AI platform architecture, agentic orchestration, workflow automation, and context engineering.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver outcomes through cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Requirements & Feature Ownership: Gather, refine, and prioritize technical and business requirements for platform features and agents.
• Platform Strategy & Roadmapping: Plan APIs, MCP, and data management integration.
• Business Alignment & Pattern Recognition: Identify patterns and propose AI features to address business needs.
• Test Strategy & Quality Assurance: Define acceptance criteria, KPIs, and test coverage for AI features.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain up‑to‑date docs and share best practices.
