Job summary

Lumenci is seeking a GTM & Customer Success Lead – AI Platform to launch, commercialize, and scale iLumos.ai across law firms, enterprises, and funders. This hybrid, customer-facing leadership role owns the full customer journey from pre-sales discovery through onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.

You will work with cross-functional teams to design pilot programs, drive AI-enabled workflow adoption, and build scalable processes for a growing product portfolio.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ years in enterprise SaaS, AI platforms, legal tech, customer success, or GTM roles.
• Proven experience in customer-facing onboarding, adoption, and renewals.
• Experience launching pilots, proof-of-concept engagements, and enterprise software rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales, Pilots, and Commercialization: lead discovery, demos, pilot programs, and convert pilots to commercial engagements.
• Onboarding and Adoption: guide implementation, enablement, and AI workflow activation with enterprise stakeholders.
• Ongoing CS and Expansion: drive adoption, retention, and identify upsell and renewal opportunities.
• GTM Strategy: refine GTM across legal, IP, and enterprise segments and define target accounts.
