You will shape architecture, mentor engineers, and drive delivery of agentic AI features across the Spectrum platform. This role blends technical leadership with people management: code, design reviews, guardrails for AI, and collaboration with product, security, and data teams to align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineering teams in agile environments.
• Strong OOP background with C#/.NET and modern JS frameworks (Angular/React/Vue).
• Hands-on deployment of agentic AI in enterprise settings.
• Experience with databases, SQL, APIs, ETL, and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to balance hands-on work with people leadership and ethical AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct hands-on deployment of agentic AI tooling across the product lifecycle.
• Architect shared infra, evaluation tooling, and CI/CD pipelines to improve quality and velocity.
• Review AI outputs, set guardrails, and turn prototypes into production-grade solutions.
• Provide talent leadership, mentoring, and career growth for the engineering pod.
• Collaborate with product, security, and data teams to align strategy with business goals.
