Trimble Inc. is seeking an AI PDLC Engineering Manager to guide an agile team in Lake Oswego, OR. You will blend senior technical architecture with people leadership, deploying agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent orchestration while mentoring engineers and shaping career growth.

You’ll own hiring, onboarding, and performance coaching, ensuring secure, scalable features. Expect collaboration across cross-functional groups and a strong focus on ethical AI and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI product development life cycle (PDLC)
• Proven people management and engineering leadership in agile teams
• Expertise in object-oriented design and C#/.NET, plus modern frontend frameworks
• Deep SQL/ETL, API development, and enterprise CI/CD pipelines
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical AI, privacy, explainability, bias mitigation

Responsabilités

• Direct the pod's AI tool usage and establish architectural guardrails
• Turn AI prototypes into production-grade software with robust error handling and security
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and career development for your pod
• Build and maintain shared repositories, data access standards, and pipelines
• Align engineering output with product strategy and risk standards
