Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with object-oriented programming.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms.
• Experience balancing hands-on development with mentoring engineers.
• Experience with Generative AI and LLMs (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Bedrock, LangChain).
• Strong RESTful API design, system architecture, and SOLID principles.
• Hands-on testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.
• Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Clear cross-team communication aligning engineering with business.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with continuous improvement.
• Customer-focused mindset prioritizing client value.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable features in the Alli suite.
• Draft and implement architectural designs for reliable, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with PMs, Designers, and cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions.
• Build scalable products that drive measurable client results.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and promote best practices.
• Code, debug, test, and troubleshoot across the development lifecycle.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback for high-quality code.
• Pioneer development with state-of-the-art technologies in marketing tech.
