NewRocket is seeking an AI Engineer at the campus and graduate level to design, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled solutions for enterprise clients. You will prototype Claude-powered and other AI applications, focusing on agentic workflows, RAG, and ServiceNow integrations.

You will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and platform teams to deliver scalable AI capabilities across the solution lifecycle, from discovery to production.

Formación

• Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience through internships, co-ops, research, freelance work, academic projects, or professional roles.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or similar languages.
• Foundational understanding of software engineering concepts, APIs, databases, source control, and cloud-based applications.
• Exposure to generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, machine learning, data science, or automation concepts.
• Familiarity with LLM concepts such as context windows, embeddings, RAG, tool use, structured outputs, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with tools such as Git, REST APIs, SQL, Docker, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or cloud AI services.
• Foundational understanding of responsible AI concepts and safe deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying AI-enabled solutions for enterprise clients.
• Develop prototypes using generative AI, LLMs (Claude and others), RAG, APIs, and workflow automation tools.
• Support development of agentic AI solutions that use enterprise context and integrate with tools/APIs.
• Assist with prompt and context engineering, including instruction design, examples, structured inputs, and output constraints.
• Help build AI applications with structured outputs, tool use, human-in-the-loop review, and workflow orchestration.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms like ServiceNow.
• Write clean, secure, and well-documented code following best practices.
