You will own the software factory—development environments, build systems, CI/CD, and automation—enabling engineers to ship high-quality software quickly and safely across cloud, air-gapped, and regulated environments. You should be comfortable shaping the platform as a product, improving developer experience, and guiding teams through migrations with practical tooling, documentation, and strong collaboration with

Competenze

• 3+ years building developer-facing infrastructure such as monorepo platforms, build systems, CI/CD, or internal tooling.
• Experience with at least one modern monorepo tool (Nx, Bazel, Pants, Buck, Turborepo) and willingness to go deeper.
• Fluency with CI/CD systems at scale (GitHub Actions, Buildkite, CircleCI or similar) including matrix design, caching, secret flow, parallelism.
• Proficiency in at least two of Go, Python, TypeScript, Rust, Bash.
• Experience building automated testing or code-quality workflows that engineers trust.

• Own and improve developer environments, monorepo, build systems, and shared tooling to enable fast, reliable ship cycles.
• Build and own delivery workflows, CI/CD, PR workflows, and code-review automation; integrate AI-assisted development where appropriate.
• Measure and improve developer experience with instrumentation and clear before/after impact.
• Drive onboarding and adoption through documentation and practical support; guide teams through migrations and new workflows.
• Operate the developer platform as a product with end-to-end lifecycle ownership and collaboration with Engineering, Infrastructure, and Security.
