Job summary

Amazon is building AI-powered bidding controls and recommendation systems within Sponsored Products and Brands to optimize advertiser campaigns across Amazon. You will design agentic platform components, ensure low-latency experiences, and collaborate with product managers, scientists, and engineers to translate advertiser needs into scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability and scaling).
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
• Strong fluency in Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RLHF, and RAG.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop agentic platform components using GenAI/ML technologies.
• Build scalable systems processing millions of data points with cost-aware optimization.
• Develop conversational AI and natural language interactions for advertiser bidding guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions across the ecosystem.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and implement permanent fixes; improve tooling and processes.
