Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle is building AI-powered advertising intelligence. You will work on agent orchestration, RL from expert feedback, and scalable inference that powers decision-making across ad products.

You will collaborate with product, science, and partner engineering teams to define integration contracts, enforce security and access, and ship reliable, high-performance systems at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl

Responsibilities

• Develop orchestration systems that coordinate multiple specialized AI sub-agents to execute complex workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration contracts and onboard new consumers to the platform
• Own system reliability, observability, and performance for always-on agent infrastructure serving thousands of advertiser accounts
