EY is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives within the Americas Office of the CTO, owning delivery planning, Agile execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination to enable AI-enabled products and platforms.

You will drive budget planning, roadmap alignment, and reporting, collaborating with product, engineering, architecture, and business teams to ensure high-quality delivery across EY’s diverse client ecosystem.

Formación

• Proven ability to use project management dashboards, reporting, and workflow tools.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Financial planning and budget analysis in collaboration with finance and strategy office.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies per PMO standards.
• Administer approvals for EY certifications and governance requirements.
• Onboard suppliers with legal NDA and procurement teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Support resource planning, governance activities and executive reporting.
• Align delivery plans with product priorities for roadmap execution.
• Track milestones, releases, and adoption metrics for business outcomes.
• Monitor sprint health, flow metrics, and team capacity to improve delivery.
• Identify and remove delivery impediments across engineering, architecture, and product teams.
